Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie
1 cup of strawberries (frozen or fresh)
½ cup of oats
1 cup of unsweetened soy milk
In a blender add the oats and blend until the oats turn into a powder
Next, add the soy milk and blend again
Then add the strawberries and bananas and blend all together until smooth
Serve and Enjoy!
