Cranberry Kale Smoothie
1 cup of kale
2 granny smith apples
1 cup of cranberries (fresh or frozen)
Juice of 1 lime
1 cup of water
- Blend the kale with the water until smooth
- Add the apples and cranberries and blend again
- Add the banana, squeeze the juice of the lime and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
